Project Summary
Mayer Construction’s prime focus during the 52-week renovation of this Grade II listed Prime property in Chester Square was to allow the stunning original features to come into their own. By restoring the character and vitality of the entire property, we allowed modern luxury to tell the story of its elegant past.

The full refurbishment of the Inigo Philbrick Gallery was one of Mayer Construction’s first Commercial projects and draws on our recognised experience in the Super-prime residential space.

Project Summary
Mayer Construction’s latest Commercial project encompassed the refurbishment of multiple spaces within Brunei Hall, all aimed to deliver the highest possible specification.
Our brief was to renovate 38 self-contained student accommodation units within two Grade II listed buildings, as well as the full external refurbishment of seven Grade II listed buildings.
KINGS CROSS ROAD OFFICES

Project Summary
Mayer Construction is working closely with Marek Wojciechowski Architects to redevelop an historic warehouse containing a mirror workshop in Kings Cross, one of London’s fastest evolving areas.
The two-storey warehouse will be transformed into a striking new development, the current structure replaced with a new office and gallery space. As well as high specification facilities, the scheme will feature a bespoke folding roof to let in as much light as possible and flexible gallery space in the basement.

Project Summary
Mayer construction inherited this high-end residential project from another contractor.
Our brief was to complete all remedial works and deliver the highest of finishes, including all stone detailing, bespoke joinery, chevron flooring, decorations, gold leaf to ceilings and bespoke ironmongery.
