Mayer Construction’s completed a 20 week renovation of this Private SW6 Residence. This ground floor apartment required a complete renovation to meet the clients highest standards. Mayer Construction lowered the existing floors to gain ceiling height, creating split levels across the residence. Glazed extension at the side and the rear with complex temporary works and bespoke steel frame to minimise boxings, sharp glazing included providing a minimalist look.
An experienced project team and specialist sub-contractors developed an open plan living space, including beautiful bespoke kitchen joinery, herringbone timber flooring, underfloor heating, Lutron/AV sytsems, book matched marble worktops and bathroom.
